Meeting Schedule

The School District of Haverford Township’s Board of School Directors meetings will be held in the public board room at the Oakmont Administration building. These are in-person meetings, and the public is invited to attend. Please call ahead if you need assistance.

The meeting schedule and agenda can be reviewed on BoardDocs the day before the meeting.

The School Board Meeting will be live-streamed on our YouTube Channel.

How to search Board Docs for information:

There are several ways to search. You can initiate targeted searches from the Search fields on Featured, Meetings, Agenda, Policies, and Library panels. You can also initiate more advanced searches from the Search panel. The search logic that determines how results are ordered is based on relevance and closest match.


The public is invited to attend all public meetings.  Please call ahead if you need assistance.

Public comment is welcome. For more information, please review Policy 903 Public Participation in Board Meetings.
If you wish to address the board at a public meeting, you should email your name, address, phone number, and topic before 3:00 pm on the date of the meeting to; in addition, per board policy, each speaker is allocated 3 minutes for their remarks.

  • Public Comment occurs twice during the regular school board meeting.

1. During the FIRST public comment, you may make a comment/statement about topics listed on the meeting agenda only.
2. During the SECOND public comment, you may make a comment/statement about any school-related topic.

  • Public Comment Process (COMMITTEE MEETINGS): Public Comment will occur once after the agenda item presentations. 

Any resident with a statement to read at the meeting does not need to email it before the meeting.
