Public Comment

For your safety and convenience, the meeting will be live-streamed, and members of the public are invited to attend the meeting virtually via Zoom. The meeting agenda can be reviewed on BoardDocs after 12:00 PM on the Wednesday prior to the meeting.
NEW PROCEDURE: Zoom attendees will be able to use the raise hand feature and speak during the Public Comment.
Any resident who has a statement to read at the meeting must email the following information to publiccomment@haverfordsd.net or kswartz@haverfordsd.net: Name, address, phone number, and topic before 3:00 pm on the date of the meeting.

If you wish to address the board at a public meeting you should make a request, preferably in writing indicating the subject of your presentation.

Updated Public Comment Process: Public Comment will now occur twice during the school board meeting.

1. During the FIRST public comment, you may make a comment/statement about topics listed on the meeting agenda only.
2. During the SECOND public comment, you may make a comment/statement about any school-related topic.
