What this Privacy Protocol Covers. The Privacy Protocol covers how SDHT treats information that SDHT collects and receives. The information we collect on our website generally falls into two categories: Personally Identifiable Information and Non-Personally Identifiable Information. This Privacy Protocol applies only to the information collected by SDHT from the users of our website. It does not apply to information collected by SDHT in any other way. Personally Identifiable Information We Collect and How We Use It. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email address, phone number, or username and password, and that is not otherwise publicly available. It refers to information that lets us know the specifics of who you are. You do not have to give SDHT any Personally Identifiable Information. SDHT does not collect Personally identifiable Information unless you choose to provide it to us. SDHT may request Personally Identifiable Information when you participate in certain activities or correspond with us. It will be clear when you are on a part of our website that requires personal information because it will ask for it. SDHT uses this Personally Identifiable Information to respond to your requests for services, to improve the services we offer, and to contact you.

We use cookies to gather general, aggregate statistics about overall usage of our website and to improve the content of our website. SDHT also uses temporary cookies, often referred to as session cookies, to help your browser navigate our website and aid in the exchange of information between pages without loss of data. Such a cookie, however, is only stored for the current browsing session and is deleted once the browser is closed. SDHT can only read cookies from the SDHT website. Accepting cookies does not give us access to your Personally Identifiable Information. If your browser is set to reject all cookies, the SDHT website may not function properly.
SDHT may also collect information through the use of clear gifs (also called Web beacons and Web bugs) in selected email messages we send to you. Clear gifs may see or read cookies on your computer. When authorized by SDHT, third parties specializing in monitoring aggregate statistical use of our website with whom we contract, may use cookies, our web log files, web beacons, and other monitoring technologies to compile anonymous aggregate data.
