How do I contact The School District of Haverford Township?

The District places great value on transparent and efficient communication with parents, guardians, students, staff, and community members. The following series of flowcharts identify the steps to follow on how to get questions answered, how to resolve problems, and how to navigate the system. Following these steps will help answer the question or resolve the problem in the shortest amount of time possible.

Elementary

Step 1: Begin by contacting your student's classroom teacher as they are best equipped to address classroom-related issues. If a student encounters an issue that falls outside of their teacher's area of expertise or influence, you will be directed towards a school counselor or another staff member.

Step 2: If you are not able to to resolve your concern with the teacher, then contact the school Principal or Assistant Principal.

Step 3: If you are unable to resolve your concern with the above channels contact the Office of the Superintendent. You may be directed to a District Administrator.

Secondary
