Listed below is what students should be working on each week. If you have any questions please send me an email! I will be updating and changing stories each week.

Each week students should...

1. Read 2 books on Raz-Kids and answer the corresponding comprehension questions. These books are on their reading level or just below, so they should be able to do this whole activity independently.

If you are unable to access Raz-Kids for any reason, or would rather practice not online, work on the stories below (2 each week).

2. Read/listen to a book of their choice and follow directions on the Reading Log To Do sheet. The Reading Log is accessible online through my website as well as Fundations lined paper (if you choose).
*This will require more support so only do this if your family has the time is able to complete.*

3.  Practice sight words. This does not have to be done solely through drill and practice each day. Change it up! A fun way to do this is to have them try to make sentences out of the sight words. Sight words are also located in a pdf file on my website. You can print the sight-word pages from my website or make your own flashcards with the words provide.

4. Writing. Pick two writing prompts from the March Writing Prompt pdf. on my page. You can answer the prompt on a Fundations sheet that I included on my website or on any paper you have at home. Remember to check your punctuation, spelling, and your beginning and ending sounds.  If you want, draw a picture to go with your writing!
