Create a person that lived in the time of your civilization.  Some things to consider:

  • Male or female?
  • How old are they?
  • What class of society do they belong to?
  • Do they have a job/occupation/daily chores?
  • Where do they live?
  • What is their most prized possession?

  • Be sure to cite reasons from the text to support your choice.

 

ANCIENT CIVILIZATIONS - PART III

​​​​​​​Compare and contrast yourself to the person from your civilization.

​​​​​​​Warning:  Please do not give me surface level comparisons such as "I have a computer, and they didn't."  We all know that. Dig deeper to find some real connections. Look at the importance or lack of importance for schooling, religion, etc. Compare responsibilities and expectations.  Give at least three solid, non-obvious ones.
