THANK YOU FOR COMPLETING THE GETTING TO KNOW YOU ACTIVITY.  I LOVED HEARING ABOUT EACH OF YOU.  WE ARE A UNIQUE GROUP THAT INCLUDES RISING PROFESSIONAL DANCERS, SINGERS, ASTRONOMERS, ATHLETES, EGAME COMPETITORS, ARTISTS, AND SURGEONS.  MANY LOOK FORWARD TO WORKING TOGETHER IN A CLASSROOM WHILE SOME THRIVE AT HOME AS THEY WORK INDEPENDENTLY.  EACH OF YOU IS SPECIAL AND AS YOUR TEACHER I FEEL SO FORTUNATE.

Monday

Objective: Convert numbers from scientific notation into regular format.  Convert measurements between different units in the metric system.

Activities

1.  Daily Topic Questions on Canvas (Graphics Hunt, Scientific Notation, and Scientific Method)

2.  Metric System NOTES

3.  Metric System Guided practice.

4.  Metric System Independent practice and assessment.

HW-  Finish anything not completed in class today. Study Element names and symbols 1-40.

Tuesday
