Equipment and Staying Warm

Proper Dress and Clothing Suggestions

When skiing and snowboarding, it is important to keep two things in mind: Warmth and Movement.  There is a balance between having on too many clothes and not enough.  Wear clothes that are designed for cold weather and layer properly.
