The Haverford High School Help Desk provides a centralized location where faculty, staff, and students can receive first-level technical support in order to efficiently utilize the technology made available by the district.
SERVICES
• A central location for HHS faculty, staff, and students to communicate their computer-related questions and/or problems.
• Report problems via telephone, e-mail, walk-in or scheduled appointments.
• Essential documentation of problem descriptions and maintenance on call ticket resolutions using tracking software.
• Web site with updated information to assist users during and after hours of operation.

WHAT TO KNOW ABOUT QUARANTINE
Anyone who has been advised to quarantine because they have been in close contact with a COVID-19 positive case, may not come to school. Those who have been advised to quarantine because of participation in or attendance at before and after-school daycare, extracurricular activities, sports, gatherings, etc. may not come to school until the quarantine time period has expired.
