Amy Alderfer- 610-853-5900 extension 2577 Advisory Assignments: 2025, 2026, 2027 and 2028 P, Q and R Amy Alderfer earned her B.A. in General Arts from Villanova University and her M. Ed. in School Counseling from the University of Central Florida. Mrs. Alderfer is a member of the American School Counselor Association, Delaware County School Counselors Association and serves on Haverford’s Student Assistance Team. Mrs. Alderfer was awarded the Teacherrific Award by Disney. Mrs. Alderfer has also volunteered for one year with Americorps teaching in city schools. In her spare time she enjoys camping, playing pool and reading. |
Cynthia Costanzo - 610-853-5900 extension 2573 Advisory Assignments: 2025, 2026, 2027 and 2028 A, B and C Cynthia Costanzo earned her B.A. in History from Villanova University and her M.S. in Counseling from West Chester University. Mrs. Costanzo is a member of Pennsylvania School Counselors Association, Delaware County School Counselors Association and has been recognized in the Haverford Township School District Education Foundation's Teacher Tribute Program. She is an avid sports fan who loves the Villanova Wildcats and all sports teams from the city of Pittsburgh. In her spare time, Mrs. Costanzo enjoys skiing, tennis, serving as a church youth group advisor, and spending time with her family. |
Tricia Dyal - 610-853-5900 extension 2574 ~ Gina Roberto LTS (Semester 1 - 24-25) Advisory Assignments: 2025, 2026, 2027 and 2028 D, E and F Tricia Dyal earned her B.S. in Criminal Justice and her M.Ed. in Secondary School Counseling from West Chester University. Mrs. Dyal is a member of the American School Counselor Association, Delaware County School Counselors Association and Pennsylvania Association for College Admission Counseling . Mrs. Dyal was recognized as a Teacher All Star by the Philadelphia Inquirer and has been named in Haverford Township School District Education Foundation’s Staff Tribute Program. In her spare time she enjoys biking, scrapbooking, reading on the beach, and spending time with her grandchildren. |
Katie Jones - 610-853-5900 extension 2576 Advisory Assignments: 2025, 2026, 2027 and 2028 J, K and L Katie Jones earned her B.A. in Elementary and Special Education from LaSalle University and her M.Ed. in Secondary School Counseling from Eastern University. Mrs. Jones is a member of the American School Counseling Association, Delaware County School Counselors Association and serves on Haverford’s Student Assistance Program, SAP. She previously taught 4th grade at Chatham Park Elementary from 1998-2007, where she also coached the field hockey and track teams. She enjoys baking, music, photography, skiing and yoga. |
Lauren Pellicane - 610-853-5900 extension 2578 Advisory Assignments: 2025, 2026, 2027 and 2028 G, H and I Lauren Pellicane earned her B.A. in Film and Media Studies and her Master of Science in Secondary Counseling from Villanova University. She is a member of the National Association of College Admissions Counseling (NACAC) and the American School Counselors Association (ASCA). Aside from her professional experience at HHS, Ms. Pellicane is the head Varsity basketball coach for the Lady Fords. Throughout her career, she has served as the sponsor for BuildOn, leading student groups to Haiti and Senegal to build primary schools. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, following her hometown New York sports teams, and vacationing at the beach. |
Marie Galzerano - 610-853-5900 extension 2575 Advisory Assignments: 2025, 2026, 2027 and 2028 M, N and O Marie Galzerano earned her BA in Psychology from Cabrini College and her MA in School Counseling from Eastern University. She is a member of the American School Counselors Association and the Pennsylvania School Counselors Association. Aside from her professional experience with HHS, Ms. Galzerano also worked as a school counselor for 9 years at both the middle and high school levels. |
Kevin Murphy - 610-853-5900 extension 2572 Advisory Assignments: 2025, 2026, 2027 and 2028 S, T and U Kevin Murphy earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Liberal and Professional Studies with an emphasis in Athletic Training from West Chester University. He then attended Immaculata University where he earned his Master of Arts Degree in Counseling Psychology with a Secondary School Counseling Certification. Mr. Murphy is a member of the American School Counseling Association as well as the National Athletic Training Association. He previously worked at Haverford Middle School as a grade level counselor as well as at Haverford High School as the Head Athletic Trainer. He enjoys family time with his kids, skiing, endlessly streaming random television shows, and any type of Mexican cuisine. |
