The mission of the African American Cultural Enrichment Club (AACE) is to build community among the Black students in the school.  To provide a safe space for them to come together and meet new people, learn about African American history and culture, share their experiences, gain organizational and leadership experience, and travel to places and locations connected to African American history and culture.

Alex's Lemonade Stand helps to raise money to help treat childhood cancer and contribute towards cancer research.

Best Buddies is a global nonprofit organization that is active in over 9,000 schools in the US and in thousands of schools around the world.

The goal of Best Buddies is to introduce students in general education and special education classes to each other through a mutually enriching club experience where a diverse group of friends can meet new people, participate in group activities, and build a more inclusive school culture at your child’s school.

In Best Buddies, we create one-to-one matches between students with and without disabilities. These ‘buddy pairs’ spend time together during club meetings and communicate – over phone/text, social media, or in school – at least once a week.

The Haverford Makers Club encourages diverse thinking, collaboration and grants students the ability to work with specialized technology to create inventive solutions to everyday problems. Gain experience and skills for DIY projects and a better understanding of STEM careers by experiencing Multi-Designated Occupational Projects (MDOs.)

Be a part of the longest running high school radio station in the country! Take part and host your own radio show live on the air. WHHS is also renown for hosting the WHHS Coffeehouse, where students get to show off their musical talent for all to hear. 

Radio shows are daily and have their own schedule. 

Affiliated with the regional Philadelphia World Affairs Council; this club heightens students' awareness about global geopolitics and host debate/discussion activities where student work in small groups on global affairs-based activities. Two events that the club participates in are the Model Senate and the Global Economic Forum.
