• Welcome back to the 2017-2018 school year! I am excited to be joining the team at the high school and working with you to achieve your goals as you continue your high school journey!

As I enter my 6th year as an assistant principal in The School District of Haverford Township, the previous 5 as the 7th grade assistant at Haverford Middle School, I couldn't be more enthused about where this year will take us together. My career, both in the classroom and as an administrator over the past 18 years, has given me the tools to be able to learn strategies and techniques that both challenged and motivated students to achieve at high levels, and now I am going to ensure that all students continue to be challenged and motivated to achieve at levels they never thought were possible before. I firmly believe we have the best high school in the area, with the best teachers, staff, students, and families, and I think this year will be our best yet!

In order to experience a full high school life you need to develop a true sense of school spirit and take advantage of all that is offered. From team sports to many other after school activities, we have so many opportunities so that every student can get involved and become an active participant in the HHS community! I encourage all students to find something that interests them and become involved, and I will help them find that area and push them in those directions.

Our highly qualified and talented teachers have prepared all summer for your arrival, and have many activities and lessons that will spark your imagination and bring learning to life in all subject and curriculum areas. Their expectations are high, and they will do everything in their power to make sure you achieve at the highest level possible and become an invested and active participant in your own learning.

Again, welcome back and let's do everything we can to make this our best year yet!
