    Summer Math-There is summer math work for rising 9th graders only.

    Senior Portraits for the Class of 2019

    Scheduled at HHS during the last two weeks of July. If you have not scheduled an appointment please contact Legacy Photo at (610)279-1791.


    School Pictures

    All 9th, 10th and 11th-grade students will have their school pictures taken on the first two days of school.



    All students have completed their course requests. Schedules will be emailed during the week of August 13th. Counselors will be reaching out to families individually, prior to August 13 if all requests were not filled.


    New Student Tours

    August 23 and 24. Please join our HHS Community for a tour of the building and lunch. Tours and lunch will run continuously from 10:30-1:30.


    School Supplies

    Students will be given supply lists on the first day by their teachers. New students will be given their Chromebooks on the second day. All students should see the Chromebook payment information below.


    Common Application

    Seniors can get a head start on their College Essays and Common Applications. English teachers and Counselors are available from 10:00-2:00 in the High School Library on August 23 and 24.


    Delaware County Technical Schools and Medical Careers Program

    Letters with additional information are mailed in August to all students participating.


    SAT, PSAT, and ASVAB

    Haverford will be offering the PSAT AND SAT during school on October 10. We encourage all Freshman, Sophomores, and Juniors who are planning to attend post-secondary schooling to take the PSAT.  The test cost $20. Payment for PSAT can be made at http://haverfordsd.corecommerce.com/

    Seniors wanting to take the SAT on October 10 will sign up through the Counseling Department, and not the through the College Board website. Payment for SAT can be posted at http://haverfordsd.corecommerce.com/

    Free and Reduced lunch students are eligible for fee-waivers or discounts for both the SAT and PSAT. 


    We will be offering the ASVAB on October 15. Any student interested in the military, civil services or trade schools should register for this free test. 


    Chromebook Information

    The Chromebook fee for the 2018-2019 School Year is $30. Payment can be made at http://haverfordsd.corecommerce.com/  The fee is waived for those students on Free/Reduced Lunch.

    Please read and sign the last page Chromebook Agreement Form and turn it in to the Main Office.


    Bus Passes

    Our Transportation Department will be sending bus passes to all of those students in the coming weeks.

    Food Services

    Free and Reduced Lunch applications for the 2018-2019 School Year are available now on the district's food services website. You can also find menus as well as your student's School Cafe Account.

    Senior Dues

    Senior Dues for the Class of 2019 are $115. This includes Senior Yearbook, cap & gown, class t-shirt and student senior breakfast payment. 

    Seniors who would like to purchase their Chromebook at the end of the year can incorporate the $30 fee into their Senior Dues.
