When you originally registered your child/children in the School District of Haverford Township, you were required to provide proof of your residency in Haverford Township. If you move within the District boundaries you must provide proof of residency for your new address, along with a completed Change of Information Form.
Acceptable proofs of residency include:
- Original deed in its entirety, settlement statement in its entirety, current mortgage statement, current real estate tax bill
- A current, fully executed lease agreement (all pages)*
- A current utility bill (e.g., electric, water, gas, oil, cable)
When you know you will be moving, please complete the Change of Information Form and forward along with two proofs of residency to the Registrar, Stacey Mattox, either by email firstname.lastname@example.org, or by fax to at 610-853-5909, so your address can be updated with the District.
Please be aware your child's address and bus transportation cannot be changed until new proof of residency is received and verified.
