The Communications Department supports our district by coordinating communication with students, families, staff and our community.

• Create and manage content on the district website, individual school websites and social media accounts
• Publicize school and district events, initiatives and successes
• Promote student and school achievements
• Produce the Haverford Happenings newsletter
• Crisis communication and mass messaging
• Photography and videography
• School Board Meetings

Success Starts Here: 

The “Success Starts Here” campaign is a multi-year statewide effort to share the positive news about public education through advertising, web, social media, traditional media and word-of-mouth with the goal of raising understanding of the value of public education in Pennsylvania. The campaign is lead by the Pennsylvania School Boards Association, but relies on the support of a wide variety of participating organizations.
