Notice is hereby given that the School District of Haverford Township will receive sealed bids for the construction of a Solar Photovoltaic (PV) System at Chatham Park Elementary School, located at 400 Allston Road, Havertown, PA 19083.
Bids will be accepted at the Administrative Offices of the School District of Haverford Township, 50 East Eagle Road, Havertown, PA 19083, until 10:00 am on Wednesday, November 26, 2025.

Bids in sealed envelopes bearing the name of the Bidder and must be addressed to: Anthony Testa, Business Manager and clearly marked on the envelope “Chatham Park Elementary Solar Array Project”

Delivery and installation of kitchen equipment at Haverford High School (UPDATED 11/3/25)

Submission Deadline: Sealed bids will be accepted until 2:00 PM on November 25, 2025, via time-stamped mail or hand delivery. Email submissions will not be accepted.
Interested vendors are responsible for ensuring the bid submission was received by the District.

CLOSED Invitation for Bids/Requests For Proposals:

“DATA MANAGEMENT SYSTEM RFP” for a new solution for the 2026-2027 school year, with a small pilot in the Spring of 2026, from qualified individuals or organizations from AUGUST 31, 2025, through SEPTEMBER 20, 2025.

Submission deadline: 4:00 p.m. on the 20th day of September, 2025. The proposals will be opened at this time on the same day. All completed proposal documents and forms must be clearly labeled “DATA MANAGEMENT SYSTEM RFP” on the outside of the envelope and delivered to Christina S. Carter at the address listed below.
