Coopertown packed up 257 pounds of candy on Friday, November 10th. The Philadelphia Treats for Troops representative will pick up all donated candy for the troops. The donations will be sent in care packages to Pennsylvania and New Jersey soldiers who are deployed overseas and in remote areas.

On Monday night, November 13th, Grace Brown and Elle Rayer were given a Proclamation for all of their hard work in raising money for Texas. They presented Coopertown with one as well! This is well deserved as the total effort raised over $5,000! AMAZING!!
How to Stay Healthy: Eat a balanced diet, don't skip breakfast. We all need fuel from our food to keep our immune systems charged up! Drink plenty of water! Get at least 10 hours of sleep every night! Yes, 10 hours! Our growing students need this rest to do their best in school every day. Exercise at least one hour every day! Get out there...get some fresh air! Wash Your Hands! Wash hands before you eat, after using the bathroom, after sneezing, coughing and blowing your nose. When to Stay Home: If you have a Temperature of 100 degrees or above, Vomiting and or Diarrhea. Stay home for 24 hours after the last sympton occurs....without the aide of medication. This gives us time for our bodies to recover and it also prevents the spread of illness.
