• Technology Help Desk

    The Haverford High School Technology Help Desk provides a centralized location where faculty, staff, and students can receive first-level technical support in order to efficiently utilize the technology made available by the district.

    SERVICES

    A central location for HHS faculty, staff, and students to communicate their computer-related questions    and/or problems.
    • Report problems via telephone, e-mail, walk-in or scheduled appointments.
    • Essential documentation of problem descriptions and maintenance on call ticket resolutions using tracking software.
    • Web site with updated information to assist users during and after hours of operation.

    HOURS OF OPERATION
    Monday - Friday - 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
