October 16-20th is National School Bus Safety Week, the theme is #StopOnRed.
School bus transportation plays a critical role in the education of our nation's students, and is the direct link between a neighborhood and the classroom. More than 25 million children ride the yellow bus every school day, and National School Bus Safety Week serves as a reminder for students, parents, teachers, and the community to keep school bus safety in the forefront.PLEASE READ:We have asked the drivers to identify the unused school bus stops. Please review our online link to review any changes to your student's route. We will not be sending revised bus passes to reflect the time changes as we remove those school bus stops. If you have not used your student's assigned school bus stop and will be using it in the near future, please email the Transportation Department with your student's name, grade and school and assigned stop location.Email Address : firstname.lastname@example.orgCurrently, many of our streets are under repair in Haverford Township for Gas Line Replacement. This may result in delays with our school buses. Thank you for your understanding. Please see the attached for a list of streets.
