  1. Encourage and support all areas of interest (besides social networking)
  2. Learn together
  3. Find a place to gather this information PLN (iGoogle, delicious, wiki)
  4. Learn how to learn! Students should be challenged to problem solve....on their own!
  5. Get a Google Account - learn how to use these tools.
  6. Collaborate as a family (Google shared docs, calendar, Flickr, Animoto, VoiceThread)
  7. Use phone as a learning tool (calendar)
  8. Talk, talk, talk
  9. Encourage compassion for others... most important tool to combat online bullying
